Email hello@resolveconcierge.com. Tell us your device model, iOS version, and which provider is involved. We don’t need — and never want — your API keys to help you.
Where to get each provider’s API key
LimitLens reads the balance for a key you generate on the provider’s own site. Open the provider’s key page, create a key, then paste it into LimitLens. A read-only or restricted key is fine if the provider offers one.

Adding or removing a provider
Add: Open LimitLens, tap Add Provider, choose the provider, and paste your API key. The key is stored in the iOS Keychain and the gauge fills once the first balance returns.
Remove: Open the provider’s gauge, tap its settings, and choose Remove. This deletes the stored key and cached values from your device. On the free tier you can keep one provider; Lifetime Pro removes that limit.
Why a number looks stale or wrong
- The figure is only as fresh as the provider’s API. If the provider is slow or rate-limits the request, LimitLens shows the last value it read and the time it read it.
- Some providers report usage against a limit rather than a live dollar balance, so the number can differ from what you see on their dashboard.
- Pull to refresh on the provider’s screen to force a new read. If it still looks off, confirm the figure on the provider’s own site.
- If a key was revoked or expired on the provider’s side, re-add a new key.
Restoring purchases
If you bought Lifetime Pro and don’t see it — for example on a new iPhone — open LimitLens settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy it. Purchases restore through Apple; there’s no separate LimitLens account to log into. If it still doesn’t appear, email us with the Apple Account email used for the purchase.
Privacy and your keys
Your keys live in the iOS Keychain and, if enabled, your own iCloud Keychain. They never reach a server we run. Balance checks are direct HTTPS calls from your iPhone to the provider. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
